Email support@madebyrush.com. Including the correlation id shown under “Technical details” in the plugin makes problems much faster to find.
Common problems
- The code says it expired. Codes last about 10 minutes. Start a new connection in the plugin.
- Studio says the plugin cannot reach the internet. In Studio, open Plugins → Manage Plugins and allow this plugin to contact its service.
- “This experience was not included.” Reconnect and tick the experience you are working on in the Roblox authorization screen.
- “The connected account cannot edit monetization.” The Roblox account you authorized needs permission to manage monetization for that experience.
- Changes are disabled. Write operations are turned off on the service. Reading still works; try again later.
Deleting your data
Use Settings → Delete my data in the plugin, or email the address above.
